Rene creates her wall hangings, birds and leaves using moulds taken from actual pieces from nature. She also enjoys glaze chemistry, developing her own glazes to enhance the surfaces of her work.

Each hanging piece has copper wire for strength and added colour and texture where it can be seen.

These Kawakawa Wall Hangings and Dishes measure approx 9cm diameter. The dishes make ideal soap dishes, or decorative ornaments and can also be used to hold earring etc.
