Nancy lives in Bay Of Plenty but grew up in Germany, The majority of her artwork is created solely with the pure and natural shades of NZ sand. To highlight certain details or colours not available in sand, she uses crushed glass and other mixed media. Her main subject is nature.

Pure Magic has been created using 10 natural shades of NZ sand plus 3 shades of gold leaf. It is on board, framed in black wood, and measures 78cm wide by 78cm high.
