More info about Santie can be found on the “Meet Our Artists” page.

Santie Cronje is a multi disciplinary artist based in South Waikato. A visual storyteller, Santie's paintings are closely connected to her life experiences.

“Inspired in part by the treasured friendships I've made since my early years in New Zealand, this painting celebrates the gatherings that become part of life's fabric. Familiar faces, shared platters, laughter and unhurried afternoons remind us how much these connections add to our lives.

Elongated trees and a warm, enclosing landscape create a playful architectural world. There's a sense of late afternoon light, open doors and friends coming together for a long Sunday lunch, where conversation lingers and time seems to slow.”

Sunday Soiree is on canvas and measures 51cm by 51cm. It looks amazing alongside Faded Photographs.
